Why and how to detox your body?

A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. We do lots of things to clean ourselves from top to toe. But have you ever thought of the inner body of yours. May be that also requires cleaning. Isn’t it? Definitely yes. And that process is called detoxifying. In simple words detoxifying is an alternate approach to remove toxins from your body without taking any medications. These toxins are accumulated in your body over a period of time due to your lifestyle habits and can negatively affect your body health.

For detoxifying you can use the following methods:

  • Clean water: the ultimate detox tool : drink plenty of clean water every day that takes out maximum toxins from your body. No other way is as simple as this and another benefit is it cleans your body every day.
  • Fasting: once in a month go without food and take only liquids like fresh juices, coconut water and plain water etc.
