Wrinkles are the first sign of ageing. As you grow older your skin loses the moisture and elasticity. Ageing is inevitable; once you cross the age of 30 your skin becomes prone to wrinkles.  Dermatologists have many tricks to deal with this problem, by offering you cream, chemical peels, Botox treatment or even cosmetic surgery but these are all expensive and artificial ways to protect your skin.

There are natural and easy ways which will not only reduce or prevent wrinkles but will also save your pockets from getting burnt:

Always use a sunscreen:

Sunscreen is a must when you are going out in the sun. Sunscreen prevents your skin from wrinkles as well as skin-cancer. The UV rays from the sun are the primary reason for early ageing. If you get burned by the sun rays, your skin cell gets damaged. Therefore sunscreen helps your skin from getting affected by the sun.

Drink lots of water:

Moisture is important for your skin which keeps it healthy. As you grow older your skin loses moisture, water acts as the natural moisturizer. It also helps to reduce toxins. At least drink 8 glasses of water in a day. Proper hydration is important for skin health.

Stop Smoking:

Smoking is the worst thing you can do to your skin as well as health. Smoking makes your skin dry and makes aging spots appear. Smoking releases enzymes that break down collagen, an important component which makes skin healthy.

Intake omega-3 fatty acids:

Get proper sleep:

Sleep on your back:

Pay attention to the way you sleep. Sleeping on the side will create wrinkles on your face, since skin on that surface is being squeezed. Those who sleep on the chest will most likely develop sleep lines on face .To reduce wrinkle formation, sleep on your back.

Use moisturizer:

Moisturizer helps a lot in reducing wrinkles. Use a moisturizer that contains cocoa butter, it is a fabulous cream for ageing skin. Moisturizer acts as a best anti-ageing product. Moisturizer makes your skin look better and the creases or wrinkles become far less noticeable. Aloe Vera gel acts as a great moisturizer to your skin.

Don’t wash your face often :

According to dermatologists, if you frequently wash your face with tap water it can make the skin lose natural oils and moisture that protect against wrinkles.

Facial exercises:

Facial exercises help your skin to stay toned. Laughing is the best facial exercise. Making facial expression also helps to keep your facial muscles to stay solid.

Eat more fish:

Fish like salmon is rich in proteins. It also contains omega3 fatty acids that nourishes your skin and make you look young.

Daily exercises:

Regular exercise helps to improve the blood circulation in the body. Thus, it prevents toxins and fight against free radicals. Thus, exercise helps prevent wrinkles and other aging problems.
