How lose your Beer Belly

A beer belly, technically known as abdominal obesity, is the accretion of fat which results in waist size. The solution to this problem seems quite simple, ‘don’t drink beer anymore’. But that is not all there is to it. If you consume more calories than you burn off, it becomes impossible to lose fat. This means that in order to lose your beer belly, you must get a controlled diet and start exercising regularly. You must pay attention to what you eat and how many calories you consume and exercise at least for 30 to 45 minutes every day.

If you want to get rid of your beer belly you must be patient as it is going to take time. You should be consistent in exercising and keeping your diet. You are going to have a difficult time in the first few months but you can surly get through it if you find a way to enjoy your exercises. Here are some tips on how to lose your beer belly: –

No more beer and soda – Beer and Soda have a lot of calories and if you consume these regularly you are not going to be able to do it. You can replace these fattening drinks with water. By drinking water instead of beer for a couple of months you will surly lose a lot of fat in your body.

More but smaller meals – Instead of having 3 big meals, you should have smaller meals. If you cannot take the hunger you can eat vegetables and fruits, which will make you, feel full even though they don’t carry many calories. Have more number of healthy meals but in smaller proportions.

No more Junk Food – You should stop eating junk food and start eating healthy and natural food for snacks. You can fruits and vegetables if you feel hungry. Sometimes while watching TV the hunger kicks and you reach out for the first pack of chips that you see. You have got to replace this kind of junk food with health and natural food like fruits or vegetables like raw carrots.

Exercise – Exercising is the most important part of this process. You should make sure that you do exercise every day at least 30 to 45 minutes. You can start with your favorite sport, that way you can enjoy exercising too. Whatever it may be you should make sure that you are active and sweaty for 45 minutes 5 days a week.
