Home remedies for pimples

Pimples by far are the most common tragedy to occur. And he worst part is that they appear on the wrong time-prom, weddings, date, interviews etc.

This article outlines the basic remedies one can use when your life (literally) is affected by these pimple monsters.

1.  Orange peels and tomatoes

When orange peels are pounded and combined with water, an effective home treatment for pimples is created. Apply to affected areas. Orange peel also makes sure that the redness is reduced. By applying grated tomatoes all over your face, the pimples fade away too. But, keep it for one hour in order for effective results.

 2. Cucumber

Try applying grated cucumber over the face, neck, and eyes for the treatment of pimples and blackheads. This process should only take 15-20 minutes and is indeed very effective. This can be done everyday.

3. Keep Your Hands Off:

By touching you face on regular intervals, you pass on extra dirt. Make sure you carry a sanitizer

 4.  Lemon juice and rose water.

Lemon can reduce the intensity of the pimple. Combine lemon juice and rose water. Make sure they are equal amount. Use cotton and apply the paste on affected areas for around 15-20 days and wait for the desired result. This is one of the most popular home made remedies for pimple ad acne issues.

5. Exercise

Pimples are also caused by the lack of exercise such as walking, jogging etc. Simple exercise such as these mentioned can prove to be stress busters and can help treat indigestion apart from pimple issues.

6. Balanced diet

Make sure you are getting enough proteins and vitamins.it is true that you are what you eat. Your lunches and dinners should comprise of adequate vegetables, fruits and nuts.

7. Honey to the rescue!

By adding one tablespoon of honey to lukewarm water and drinking this mixture early in the morning everyday has proven to be very effective.

Even by mixing the right quantities of honey and cinnamon powder is beneficial. Make a paste of this and apply it on the infected areas and keep it overnight.

8. Say no to sugar.

Sugary stuff and fatty foods do not provide pimples by themselves yet they help in the procedure. Caffeinated products are also evil and again they do not provide pimples but add on. Junk food also may prove to be unfavorable to the healing process. Self-control is a must in these issues!

 9. Water

Drink a minimum of 2 liter’s of water everyday. Water flushes out all the toxins for your body. Drinking water is not good for a glowing face but also digestion.

 10. Stay away from the Sun

Please make sure that you wear a proper sunscreen once you decide to step out. If you get tanned easily, make sure your sunscreen contains a high SPF. Also, make sure to use a proper face wash, favorably tea-tree oil for skin affected with acne.
