Google introduces Knowledge Graph for more human search experience

Google introduced the latest generation of it search engine called as the Knowledge Graph which will offer the users an improved search experience by finding exactly what the user is looking for and more information on the related topic. For example if you are looking for the price of a particular gadget, you will get the price of the gadget in the search result as well as the devices features, specification and other devices in the same range.

Knowledge Graph will make the users’ search experience better and more human-like. Now instead of matching keywords the search engine will understand the context and gives you a better result.

“The Knowledge Graph enables you to search for things, people or places that Google knows about such as landmarks, celebrities, cities, sports teams, buildings, geographical features, movies, celestial objects, works of art and more—and instantly get information that’s relevant to your query. This is a critical first step toward building the next generation of search, which taps into the collective intelligence of the Web and understands the world a bit more like people do.” said the senior vice president of engineering at Google Amit Singhal in a post on Google’s official blog.
