2. Always have a complete breakfast. Your breakfast should include either one boiled egg or scrambled egg. You can instead have some cornflakes or oats with milk. You should have a fruit dish which contains apples, avocado, guava, melon and cantaloupe.

3. Have a smaller meal for lunch comparing to what you had before you started dieting.  You can have more of protein for lunch such as boiled chicken, baked fish, and grilled turkey. Have some fresh vegetables with your lunch as salad to provide the fiber for your body to help your digestion. You can have salads like tofu salad, spinach soup or whole wheat tortillas.

4. When it comes to dinner, keep the proportion of your meal as light as possible. Try to have some vegetarian meal for dinner as it is light. You can even have some fruits for dinner. If you eat something heavy for dinner you will not even have a good sleep as you digestion system will keep you half sleep the whole night.

5. If you feel hungry between meals, you can satisfy your hunger with some healthy snacks like peanuts, whole wheat crackers or popcorn. You can even have some fruit juice but avoid canned juice and cold drinks like soda.

6. Try to do some exercises like running or jogging and other exercises at home.
