Benefits of aerobic exercises

“Aerobic” means with oxygen and aerobic exercise is defined as any long duration exercise of low to moderate difficulty using the large muscle groups of the body such as the legs, backs,arms, etc.  Lowers the accumulation of lactic acid which causes pain and muscle burning.  it also contributes to having an oxygen-rich internal environment, which is called an alkaline environment. The foods we eat play a large role in determining if we’re acidic or alkaline, but so does the amount of oxygen we take in. And within reason, the more oxygen and oxygen-rich foods we take in regularly, the fewer problems we’ll see. Aerobic activities are usually long in duration between 15 to 20 minutes or more but are low in intensity using the large muscle groups of the body such as arms, back and legs.

Aerobic exercise include various sports such as martial arts (which combine and anaerobic exercise), running, walking, cycling, swimming, skiing and, of course, indoor aerobic exercises.
